Terrible Food, Service, and Hygiene

We visited this restaurant during lunchtime, and the experience was disappointing from the start. Despite the place being nearly empty, the staff acted as if they were overwhelmed.

The table they seated us at was visibly dirty, with food remnants from previous diners. When we asked them to clean it, the staff wiped the table carelessly, shifting most of the mess onto the chair. It wasn’t until I pointed it out that they reluctantly cleaned the chair as well—completely oblivious to the initial oversight.

The hygiene issues didn’t stop there. When they served water, the glasses were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been washed. When I asked for replacements, there was no apology—just a silent exchange, reflecting their indifferent attitude.

The food was a disaster. The mushroom and butter sauce pasta was cold and undercooked—it wasn’t even microwaved properly. I couldn’t take a single bite and returned it untouched. Shockingly, the staff didn’t ask why the dish was being sent back.

I then tried the lemon and chicken risotto, which was equally awful. The chicken tasted stale, as though it had been prepared days ago. The flavor was off-putting and completely ruined the dish.

Having had excellent experiences at Vansan’s Futako Tamagawa branch, this location was an absolute letdown. Poor cleanliness, terrible food, and dismissive service made for a horrible experience.

The 4 Star review is highly misleading. Avoid this place at all cost. Food was terrible and the wait was long. We ordered the onion soup, mushroom Alfredo and gnocchi and a seafood pasta. 暑い日の日曜、ランチで予約して利用しました。後から来た人は「予約でいっぱいです」と断られている方が多かったので、ランチピーク時間は予約してからの来店をおすすめします。 席はカウンターでしたが、入口付近の為かなり暑かったです。ドアもなるべく閉めてくれるよう気にして下さっている感じはしましたが、狭い且つ縦長の店舗だからなのか、冷房の風がカウンター席まで届かず、結構しんどかったです。

ランチセットはお得だと感じました！ただ、別店舗にあるピザが無いのはちょっと残念です。小さい店舗だから仕方ないのかもしれないです。 サラダのドレッシングもすごいおいしかった…！おつまみにしたいレベルで濃厚でした。

私は暗殺者のパスタ（+200円）普通の麺、相方はとろけるチーズのボロネーゼ平打ち麺を注文。麺は大盛まで無料、特盛は250円+でできます。 いずれもとてもおいしかったです！麺はもちもちでソースはしっかりと絡み本当においしい…！ 提供はピークだったのかかなり遅かった気がしました。（注文が入っているのか気になるレベルです） 暗殺者のパスタは結構辛いので苦手な方は避けたほうがいいかもしれません。生パスタのスープパスタ（海鮮なし）があまり提供しているお店も少ないので、味わえてとてもうれしかったです！

グルテンフリー麺を提供しているとのことで、小麦アレルギーの方や小麦抜きダイエット、グルテンフリー生活をしている方にはおすすめです。（ソースには入っている可能性があるのでそこは店員さんに確認をするか、店舗HPにアレルギー情報が掲載されているので確認した方が良いです） 以前食べたことがありますが、麺がもちもちでおいしかったです！

VANSANのメニュー自体大好きなのであまり気にしていなかったんですが、初めて相方を連れて行ったときだったのと、どうしても暑いことが気になり（友人が暑がりさんで…）、食事は大変おいしかったんですが、暑さでちょっと-★2という感じです。 テラス席の人、暑くないのかな…とも思ってしまいました。
