We visited on a friday at around 9pm and the place was relatively vacant. But soon people started pouring in. The owner is a cool and friendly guy. Whatever you do, don't touch the dial at the center. If you ring the bell, everyone gets a freedrink sponsored by you. Some poor guy was curious to try this and ended up buying drinks for everyone.

Le propriétaire nous à fait passer une excellente soirée autour du Bar et aussi beaucoup de plaisir avec les clients de d’autres pays et des locaux qui sont des habitués de ce bar . À 1 minute à pieds du New Grand Hotel et de d’autre grand hôtel à proximité. . Nous nous souviendrons de notre croisière avec Celebrity Cruise au Japon 🇯🇵 et aussi de cette soirée bien arrosée dans ce Bar avec plein de gens formidable. Le Bar est situé à 10 minutes à pieds du quai de l’embarquement des croisières à Yokohama. Merci au proprio !!

This was up there with the greatest night in Japan. Lucky is an absolute legend. He made room for the 9 of us and was an amazing host. All the locals were there and joined in with our fun. Great spot to go! Wish we had old bars like this...
