The cheeseburger. It’s no exaggeration to say that this burger is one of the top five I have ever had. The beef patty is a work of art—thick, perfectly seared, and dripping with flavorful juices. Thanksgiving dinner 2024. I guess this is kind a one-off review since this was a special event and not the regular dinner service.

The good: The food—once it arrived—was better than anticipated. ¥6,000 for Thanksgiving dinner plus one free drink is not so expensive compared to some other local restaurants that do American-style Thanksgiving. The serving size was, appropriately, a little too much.

Our servers were pleasant; the room is really spacious, and the tables aren't crammed together.

The bad: No food arrived at our table until 90 minutes after we were seated. Luckily, we were out with friends we rarely see, so we were in good sprits and somehow nobody got cranky. I think we may have been the last party served. I get it—somebody has to be last—but 90 minutes with literally nothing on the table (except our drinks) is pushing it.

As I mentioned, our servers were nice enough, but it seemed like it was everyone's first day on the job. Maybe it was! and they hired a bunch of part-timers to cover this Thanksgiving thing.

I will probably be back at some point for a regular meal, but I don't think I could do another Thanksgiving here—just a little too amateur hour. I'm sure there are particular challenges that go with timed seatings, etc. etc., but as a guest that's not...

Food absolutely amazing! Meat lovers choice! Had the A5 brisket with coleslaw and the amazing fries. Fries had a unique batter. I have not tasted that style before and i’ve tasted a lot of fries. Normally, fries are typically same. Not this one. On the side i had to try the half rack of pork ribs which was juicy and fell apart with a light drag of the fork. Nicely smoked flavor all the way through the meat and bones yes bones and cartilage. The atmosphere was nice and fit the style of restaurant. I was the only one there at that moment so i was fully engaged in the experience with zero distractions. Decent size and can sit a good amount of people even a small group party. TVs in the right places. The mirror is a great touch making it appear larger and enhances the mellow lighting. The service is prompt and professional. The ladies speak multiple languages proficiently. I normally don’t eat this much anymore but the taste was worth every bite. Serving size is perfect and can differ depending on your choice. The brisket was great no extra sauce needed but came with their own unique dipping sauce. It’s a nice touch but not needed. The A5 was cooked to perfection.
