To be honest, I’m not sure if I’m a fan of the broth, but I must commend Ryushanhai for creating such a unique bowl of ramen! I’ve never had fish broth ramen before, and it was an eye-opening experience.

Without the red miso, the broth felt excessively fishy and oily. After just three sips, I couldn’t continue drinking it, not even with the noodles. However, when I mixed the broth with the red miso, I found a delightful balance between the refreshing “sting” of the red miso and the fishiness. The noodles had a satisfying chewy texture, and the chashu was simply delectable.

I believe this restaurant’s popularity stems from its unique ramen. The ramen they serve truly stands out among the other ramen options in the ramen museum. I don’t regret waiting in line for this...

From all the Ramen Restaurants in the Museum this one looked the most promising, because all spicy Ramen I've eaten so far (in Tokyo) were too salty, but this one was Miso based and in the result this one was perfect. Perfect spice, excellent broth, the noodles were actually weird (too springy) for me but still good though. And the basic soup for 870¥ quite reasonable. Can totally...
