When dining out in Yokohama, we often visit the restaurant area in the basement of Joinus. Among our top recommendations is “Sushikatsu” on Basement Level 2, a great place to enjoy fresh sushi that offers good value for the quality. Orders are placed on a tablet, and the sushi arrives via a high-speed conveyor lane. A service robot delivers the drinks, adding to the charm of the experience.

Compared to typical conveyor belt sushi, the fish portions at Sushikatsu are twice as large and very fresh. As a result, the place is popular, and you’ll often find many customers sitting on chairs outside, waiting for their turn. After 5 PM on weekends, the wait time can reach more than an hour, which makes the lack of a reservation option a bit disappointing. 先日の平日の、横浜ひとりランチはこちらへ。

あの有名な「美登利寿司」が運営する カジュアルな回転寿司のお店です☝️ 子どもの頃から、回転寿司で私が一番好きなお店！

横浜には以前からスカイビル店がありましたが、 昨年の5月にこちらのジョイナス店もオープン。

スカイビル店は行ったことがあるけれど、 ジョイナス店はお初の訪問です❤️

平日の12時10分くらい、混んでいるかと 思いきや、外で並んでいる人は7、8人程度。 しかも、一人だったので空いている席に 先に通してもらったので、待ち時間ゼロでした🤗

ここのお店、他の「寿司 活」と違ってかなり 大箱のお店なので、回転率は早いようです。

ちなみに、他の「寿司 活」の店舗ではレーンの中に 寿司職人がいて、その場で握ってくれるのですが、 ここでは職人さんは見当たらず、しかもお寿司は オーダーしないとレーンを流れてこないので、 そこはちょっとさびしさありますね…🥺 (調べてみると、こちらは新業態らしい)

赤海老はとろとろぷりぷりだし、 サーモンも味がしっかり濃ゆくてとろけるし、 つぶ貝はコリッコリでめちゃうま🤤

子どもの時から、これはよく頼んでました！ このアボカドの天ぷらね、本当おいしいの❤️

よく熟れたアボカドがねっとりクリーミーで、 そのまわりをちょっとフリットぽいサックサクの 衣が覆っていて、これはアボカド好きに 絶対食べてもらいたいやつです‼️

久々に食べたけど、相変わらず美味でした🥺

旨みとほんのり甘みを感じるまこがれいを 昆布で締めた、お酒がすすむ粋な握り。 高級なネタをお手頃価格で食べられて、最高！

I really enjoyed my meal here, i didn't realize until i got in that it was conveyor belt sushi, but as that was one of the things i wanted to try i was thrilled. They wait system was strange, probably less so if you understand Japanese, but after taking a number and a 20 min wait we were seated. If you like sushi, the quality and price cant be beat. everything is ipad order and you can order whatever, but be aware that depending on the time they might be sold out of items and to economize space, you can only order 4...
