JIMGU — Restaurant in Yufu

One of the best destination restaurants we have tried. Chef Tashi and team are very knowledgeable & passionate in what they do! We even got to visit the farm and tried some vegetables on the spot .. they were so fresh and sweet!

All the dishes and wine pairings were on point 👍🏻 so much effort and thoughts were put into each dish. 👍🏻🙏🏻

由布院駅からタクシーで10分くらい、宿泊施設ENOWAのダイニングとして存在するレストランです。 素晴らしい地方レストランとして2024年に脚光を浴びて一躍超有名になりました。 ニューヨークで野菜料理やってたシェフです。

ENOWA宿泊者は由布院駅まで送迎もしてくださる。 泊まらなくてもレストラン利用できます。

ダイニングルームに行く前に、菜園でスタンディング野菜イーティングタイムがあります。

アミューズ的なのと、野菜をそのままバーニャカウダソース的なやつにつけて食べるのですがこの時点で野菜めっちゃ美味しいのに驚かされます。 ちょっと珍しい野菜もあったりして面白い。

野菜を食べ終わったら、メインダイニングに野菜を食べに行きます。 コース27,500円 10品とお茶菓子が出てきます。

お魚やお肉も1品ずつだけちょこっと出てきますがメインは野菜。 どの料理も野菜が味濃くて甘くてめちゃ美味しいです。 見た目も色鮮やかでいいですね。

ついてるパンもソースも美味しい。
