This was our favorite stay during our 11-day Kyushu tour, and it happened to be on our very first night. The room was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing, and the private onsen was amazing—we used it both at night and in the morning. The service from the hosts was exceptional. We accidentally left a bag of clothes after check-out, and they had it delivered to our next hotel the same evening! We’re so grateful to the person who drove up and down the mountain in the dark to bring it to us—it was a 30-minute drive away. Apologies for the inconvenience! This is a beautiful accommodation, a spacious room with a private onsen. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. If you drive up, just follow Google maps. The road is narrow and windy, just don't miss any turn. There is a space to park. The bed is comfortable and the pillow was so so comfortable that I had the best sleep! I had left a small bag of clothes in the room and checked out. Luckily our next stop was 30min away. The very lovely staff were so kind to send my clothes over to the hotel that I was staying at. We drove here and it was easy to locate. It is near the yufuin floral village area and yet nicely out of the crowd. We love the room and the private onsen. Cleanliness is top notch and the ryokan experience is extremely comfortable and private. The host is friendly and really warm! All amenities are provided for and everything is nicely prepared!

They even had a list of food recommendation and the locations exceeded my expectations.

I would totally come back again if i choose ro stay...
