Disappointing Experience at AND TAP CAFE in Niigata This was a very disappointing experience. Although the staff could speak English, there was a clear inconsistency in how customers were treated. My Japanese friend asked if his croissant could be toasted, and the staff kindly did it for him. But when I asked the same, I was told to do it myself. The worst part was that no instructions were given on how to use the toaster. I set it for the minimum time, but flames suddenly appeared inside. Even though the staff saw the fire, no one came to help. My croissant ended up half-burnt, and the staff didn’t say a word. I also tried another item on the menu, but the taste was just average. Overall, the experience left a bad impression. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
