I ordered meal N1 which consists of one chicken drumstick, spaghetti, dipping sauce and drink. I also ordered an Aloha burger and mango pie. The cashier Sean was fast, courteous and packed up my take away very well (especially the drink). It all cost me 87hkd. Food was great but was lukewarm. The burger was quite small but filling. It had bacon, burger patty, lettuce, chunky slices of gherkins and this great mayo sauce. My sprite has no ice, but was cold and was flat. The restaurant was busy (midday) and hardly bad enough places to sit down. There was about 10 people lining up before me but we were all served promptly. The restaurant is on the 1st floor. There is a lift should you need it. I would have given 3 🌟🌟🌟 for the food but gave an extra 🌟 for Sean's service 😁.

It was my first experience of Jollibee, and having seen it on a few blogs, I expected it to be good, but still, had no idea what to expect. I ordered the chicken tenders with a garlic mayo dip and cheesy fries. The chicken was fresh out of the fryer and piping hot! The crunch and flavour was amazing! The chicken was fabulously moist, considering it was chicken breast, and the crunch - man oh man! Pairing it with the garlic mayo takes it over the edge into total deliciousness! The cheesy fries were a golden treat! The Cheetos-style dusting was incredible! So flavoursome, so cheesy! Thank goodness for the plastic gloves, cos that could stain for a couple of days! Definitely recommend Jollibee if you've never been!

Already saw this store a day before I visited and I thought they did not serve breakfast meals since it’s not advertised in their menu at the ground floor. I went up to the store during my next visit to try my luck since I and my wife were looking to having rice breakfast meals and did not find them in other stores like Market Place and another cafeteria at B2 of Langham Place. Price is reasonable to a corned beef with rice and coffee at about HKD40@. The crew were also very friendly and good they were also Filipinos. My wife was happy when she saw the Jollibee meals I brought back to our hotel room. Thank you, Jollibee for satisfying our breakfast craving for rice meals.

I tried Jollibee in London when they first opened and after the hype, was not that impressed. I’ve ordered this a couple of times here in Hong Kong, while under mandatory quarantine and am due to finish my 14 days tomorrow. I have to say this is much better than the London offering. For a start, there is the spicy option which I like. The chicken is more flavoured than the HK McDonald’s version. I’m yet to taste KFC here as yet, but I hope you get where I’m going. I’m only making comparisons to chain chicken places. So far value for money and flavour the HK Jollibee is a winner. Maybe I should check it out in the Philippines. Definitely worth a try if you like fried chicken.

The location of this Jollibee is very convenient, and there is a restroom inside the resurtant, so that you don't have to find the toilet outside the resurtant or on the street. It closed at 11pm , not very late compare to other restaurant in Mong Kok. It isn't small, it have around 50 or more seats. The Huge mashed potato cost 90HKD, you need to buy that through delivery app, you can't buy it on the shop, that's a bit weird. The huge mashed potato is a bit expensive, but it taste so good. After eating the huge mashed potato, we feel so full.

This was what happened when I ate right before they closed. Absolutely the greatest thing to see in HK, they put every effort on cleaning. I witnessed the whole process and pretty sure it wasn't just for a night. The picture explained how they cleaned every corner. The station is clean and even the manager was cleaning the cashier. How could you not appreciate? Find nowhere else but this franchise if you're looking for a clean place and happy and respectful services. Ps the cleaners give you smiles and one of the managers can sing real good!
