Just got a couple of shawermas from the Jabal Amman location. I asked and was charged for extra meat ( Double) but the sandwiches were most definitely not as such. The cashier was confrontational, unprofessional, vulgar and disrespectful. I asked for Sammoun bread but it wasn't available. I told the cashier that the last two times I was there I had food poisoning. The cashier was unapologetic, defensive, disrespectful, aggressive, and illogical. He said that I must've been the problem. They don't know the first thing about customer respect and customer service. These people seem to forget that it's the customer, such as I, who made them who they are today. They are not willing to go that extra mile (In this case even an inch) for the customer. They are aggressive and unappreciative. The Shawerma used to be exceptional but now it's mediocre at best. Credit cards are not accepted. There's no parking. Prices are exaggerated. I'll think twice before I return to that...
