The food is good but the service really lowered the experience. We don't speak Kazakh or Russian so we understood she struggled with our order and we accepted that she had to return three times to ask us again what we ordered. First our bread came out, we started to eat it and before we knew it she was trying to take the bowl of sour cream off us when we hadn't even finished the bread. Then the salad came and she started to serve it to us, with a lot of the salad going all over the table with her unsteady hand. Quite the car crash. Then she delivered the manty and kebabs and was just hovering around the table even though we told her everything was good. During the meal she came and asked if we wanted more drinks. We politely said "no thank you" (we had finished our cocktails but still had water which we were drinking with our meal) and she said "cheque?". We were still eating!! So we told her no. Then she tried taking our plates away! Then when we paid she had more problems with that. Honestly, it was all very very strange. The food is good but if you end up with this lady as your server, you're in for a ride!! I'm sure we'll laugh about it in the morning but for tonight, I'm flabbergasted by...

The restaurant itself was nicely decorated and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The toilets were clean and modern, which is always appreciated.

However, the service left a bit to be desired. While the staff were friendly, the overall experience felt a bit unorganized. I was dining with two friends, and while their food arrived after quite a long wait, mine came about 15 minutes later — which made the whole meal feel uneven. The staff did apologize and gave the impression they would offer us a round of drinks on the house as compensation, but in the end we were charged for them anyway.

Communication was a challenge since the staff spoke very little English, and the menu was not available in English either. Not a major issue if you’re comfortable using a translation app, but something to be aware of.
