THE ATTIC ROOF TOP BAR WESTLANDS — Restaurant in Nairobi

Literally the worst customer services I've had from any bar in Nairobi!!!! First, I ordered BBQ sauce wings as a biting. They were barely warm when they got to our table! So then we ordered a beer and the waiter left it on the bar counter for over 30 minutes till all the foam literally disappeared while we just sat there staring at it waiting to be served. The manager did apologise but still, you're only as good as your customer service. I then went ahead to order a whiskey based cocktail looking past their issues. Third time's the charm they say. I was WRONG! Tell me why this so called bartender, Brian I believe, served me half a glass of ice cubes and what was barely an alcoholic drink!! For 950, that drink should have been better. I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality of drinks and service. A waste of money, time and energy! A very bad way to end my year... Definitely not going back or recommending the place to my friends. I wish I took pictures before storming our but really Attic, do better!!!!!

And please, don't respond with that generic reply "Thank you for gracing our spaces...".Do better, reach out, understand why I have rated so low and improve on...

I wish there was a rating below one I would use that.

I recently visited this so called attic roof top bar and was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received. After being seated for over half an hour, I was completely ignored by the staff and had to physically walk up to call them over just to be acknowledged. It was disheartening to see that when a white person walked in, they were immediately attended to and treated with the utmost respect, almost as if they were handling something fragile. The situation only changed after I ordered expensive items and proved that I was there to spend money. This behavior is especially troubling when you're young, not white, and don't 'look like money.' Discriminatory practices like this are unacceptable. Everyone, regardless of appearance or the amount of money they intend to spend, deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously and ensures that all guests receive equal...

Was the beer served cold? Not really. It was more warm than cold. The service was also sub-par. Visited this rooftop bar, but got there while a paid event was booked in. My hunt for cold beers made me pay the ticket. Didn't really care tbh. But the dj group that made the event were soo bad I wanted my money back. If the beer was served cold enough, I wouldn't even care. But they served warm beer and made me realize that I was not having a great time. 4/10 for the beers. 2/10 for the DJ group...
