KFC — Restaurant in Barcelona

Terrible terrible service. They forgot to pack my chips and when I went up to the counter to get them she was accusing me of stealing and taking them out but what she did wrong is she put my can drink and a takeaway bag and thought it was the chips. To one accuse a customer of stealing is so wrong and making me bring my meal back and still not believing me I was baffled by this. It was within 30 seconds of receiving my order and sitting down. The manager was a bit more screwed on. Like why would I steal chips I just paid for. She couldn't Amit she was in the wrong either. If she or the manager simply said my mistake Ill get you one now I wouldn't be giving a negative and bad review. Also I'm the customer that always puts their rubbish away after eating. So never forget who you're serving.

That was the worst KFC experience I ever had... I know it’s a fast food restaurant and we didn’t expect much. But still the waitress was very impolite and they forgot half of our order, gave us the fries with bacon although we ask for stuff without pork since my boyfriend is Muslim. They rushed us out in such an impolite way since it was near closing but still we should have had like 20-30 mins according to the opening times. The change they gave me back was so broken that even the bank wouldn’t change it to usable money... we lost another 20€ on top of the money we lost for the food they didn’t gave us. The KFC is super busy since it's right next to Sagrada familia. Food was usual KFC maybe a bit more raw than usual but the toilets were disgusting, I can't even add photos here because it would be too much but out of three cubicles one was occupied, one literally had 💩 all over the seat and the last one had pee all over the seat.. This seems to be a bit of a theme in Spanish publicly available male toilets at fast foods and petrol stations as I guess people just happily pee into the bowl without lifting the seat but this one was by far the worst I saw while visiting Alicante, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and a bunch of petrol...
