We had a fantastic experience at this bar right in the heart of Barcelona! The location is perfect if you want to take a break from sightseeing and enjoy a proper local meal. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and it feels like a place where both tourists and locals can feel comfortable.

The food was excellent – we tried the paella, which was full of flavor, freshly prepared, and offered at a very reasonable price compared to many other places in the city center. It really gave us the feeling of tasting authentic Spanish cuisine without overpaying.

What made our visit even more special was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and happy to serve us in English, which made everything easier. We also really appreciated the kind and warm reaction when they found out we were from Poland – it made us feel very welcome and added a personal touch to our visit.

Lepanto possesses a memorable experience unparalleled to any restaurant in Spain. When first arriving, you are welcomed with friendly faces and an incredible variety of dishes. The wait is never more than 5 minutes—as the staff work their absolute best to accommodate you.

The food surpassed the mark. It was fresh, flavorful, and was no doubt, the best we have had. As a family of 4, we eat a lot and it is imperative that we get the best rates for what we input. Lepanto captures this especially, with prices being staggeringly low for the high quality items.

Every visit we paid, Terrezno was consistently ordered. Although not shown on the Menu initially (on our first encounter—) the owner, Carlos, was more than happy to serve our request. Not only was the meat cooked to perfection—crispy edges paired with a mouth watering texture—but it tasted heavenly as well.

In fact, every meal was delicious.

The most amazing restaurant in Barcelona! A hidden gem with the most incredible food! Their grilled squid and grilled calamari were just melting in our mouth. The tapas fritas and green grilled peppers were the best side dishes ever, we couldn’t get enough of them!! The Cava Sangria was a delight to drink and enjoy. The service and staff there we’re the most welcoming people that I ever met in Barcelona! The argentian lady working there made sure we were not missing anything, and definitely made us feel like home! We’ve also met the owner, another very kind man, that cares a lot about their customers!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone that visits Barcelona, it’s a must! We will be returning there at any...
