Ambient Restaurant — Restaurant in The plateau of Dukagjin

The food they pretended to be fresh was a supermarket frozen food Went to eat lunch at the Ambient restaurant in Prizren and everything was fine until suspicion arose when we started to order food and the waiter was pushing us toward some “traditional food” on the menu and we decided to take beef ribs and muscle (Some sort of lean beef) on Owen. When the food arrived it was piping hot but as i took some meat from the bottom of the dish it was served in, it was actually frozen. I was very surprised and i took another sample from the other side if the dish, and again the meat was really cold. Afer talking to the waiter they told that the food was commercially prepared and frozen. When the food arrived at the table after awhile for the second time - during which time we were staring at the empty plates, it was burned on top but least was hot on the bottom And i really doubt now, judging from the size of the beef ribs that the food wasn’t even prepared from the restaurant itself. Just to mention that our table of three was the only one table at the restaurant ordering food ☹️ After this experience this might be the worst restaurant to eat in, one which that built its reputation by deceiving unsuspecting clients like us, pumping ua with pure lies about it’s fresh food. Afer this horrible experience they didn’t offer anything to remedy the unpleasant situation they created.

I would rate this deceiving restaurant which puts profit before food safety with one star and never-ever...

They recomended to go to the restaurant what belongs to them (next to them) with view u r waiting 40 min for the fish even they have 2 tables only my fish was completelx frozen and they knew im pregnant and is dangerous to eat smthg like this nobody said sorry even they didnt want money for a coffe for the others. soup - katastrofa, nobody like it… we came home and my cousin start to vomit from the chicken, she is so sick, maybe we will go to the hospital

i wish u ll get a hygiene control for this situation because she has to feed her small 2 month years old baby.. she doesnt have an energy for baby now !!!!!

how u can do this to ur customers??????? Do u want to kill somebody???? Because u dont care they eat old or frozen food???

Positive experience throughout except at the end we paid an extra 3 euro which were added when paying by card. I only noticed when I looked at the credit card receipt. The waiter apologized when I pointed it out but did not refund the 3 euro. Will be checking the amount on the credit card machine monitor before paying up...
