The food here was excellent, no complaints about that. But the service was absolutely awful – honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced. The waiters just ignore you, don’t respond when you talk to them, and even walk away in the middle of a conversation. Orders take forever, and they didn’t even bother to bring us individual plates. Not sure if this is how they treat everyone or just because we’re tourists, but if this is the standard, you’re going to lose a lot of customers. Tourists rely heavily on Google Maps reviews, and service like this will definitely hurt your business. If there were an option to give a negative rating for service, I wouldn’t hesitate. And by the way, Saudi tourists in particular are generous, polite, and spend well when they travel – we like to enjoy good food and good hospitality. Bad experience that will not be repeated. We came from Pristina after having a wonderful experience in another Turkish restaurant, hoping for something similar here, but unfortunately it was the complete opposite. We ordered beef and chicken kebab rolls and meat pies. The food itself was tasty, but the service was one of the worst. In the middle of speaking, the staff would ignore the customer. I went to have adana kebap as i really craved because of pregnancy but the service and manners of the owner where so rude we left immediately. He is e turkish rude guy who doesnt have the idea of having a restaurant and pleasing the customers. We were seated in a place where there was wind and wanted to change it, after checking the places, inside chairs where dirty and filthy, so we decided to make two tables together and seat, but the owner came and was very rude and did not let us do it. Then we chose a place where there was no wind but the smell of urine was sooo bad we could not stand, so we were forced to leave the place without being able to have lunch.
