Overall Bad service, one clean looking waiter took order a different one big beard bring pizza who ignored my request to cut pizza for kid not for me. Big beard not a clean look, doesn't seem alright for handling food, that shouldn't be allowed on waiters as hairs can fall over the food, gives dirty image even for a restaurant that requires higiene standards, so this same waiter came back to ask if we need anything else while I was texting in my phone, not time to ask. Another different waitress with smile brought the bill by mistake, not that I asked for it actually we where looks ng long time for attention to get water and order more but waiters where distracted talking to each other and talking to kitchen fellows as usually happens which gets annoying after long time. We wanted another pizza but once seeing bad service and getting place crowded well seem not worth it. Waiters weren't really paying attention to our table so what's the point in staying longer. The table next to us request a dessert menu I had no idea they come separate as was not offered to us. They waited longer than 15 minutes to get a tiramisu. We ordered margarita pizza and another with anchovies, super salty, the gourmet was cut specially only no time from waiter to assist cut kid margarita one. To be fair pizzas taste are good but the poor service and tables so closed to each other make the visit uncomfortable with no chances of going back.
At entrance theres a curtain covering which gives the idea of a private event happening from outside but once waiter clarified is part of decoration seems absurd does not give a feeling to go indoors.
Tables are placed so closed I hear the front table conversation and side table, people actually looking at kids phone all their meal time as dining almost together. Well I assume it is not nice for them to strangers hear all their private conversations and is quite uncomfortable for one as well but no way to go anywhere else as all tables are too closed. Music too loud, didnt helped atmosphere as people was talking same loud to be heard. Crowded...
Read moreThe service at Bella Napoli left a lot to be desired and completely overshadowed what could’ve been a great meal. When we arrived and asked if we needed a reservation, our server Marti responded by asking how much money we could give her “under the table.” We were caught off guard and assumed she was joking, but she repeated it a second time — clearly not a joke. It felt like a bribe was expected just to get a table.
We decided to leave, and only as we were walking away did she suddenly say she could seat us after all. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and left a bad impression before we even sat down.
To be fair, the food was tasty— the three pizzas we ordered were fast and generous portions, and we had no issues there. The total came out to $64, which felt reasonable for the quality.
Unfortunately, things got worse when it came time to pay. The point-of-sale system was glitching, and instead of being patient or helpful, Marti was rude and condescending — even speaking down to my brother in a way that was really uncalled for.
The owner did try to make up for the experience by offering a free dessert, which we appreciated. But the service from Marti left such a bitter taste that it’s hard to imagine coming back.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Bella Napoli Pizzeria in Riga, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home.
The menu offers a fantastic selection of pizzas, each one crafted with the finest ingredients and cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. I opted for the Margherita, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was perfectly crispy yet tender, the tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, and the fresh mozzarella melted beautifully. Each bite transported me straight to Naples.
The service was impeccable – the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their food. They took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations, which enhanced our dining experience even further.
To top it off, the wine list is impressive and complements the menu perfectly. We enjoyed a lovely Italian red that paired wonderfully with our meal.
Overall, Bella Napoli Pizzeria is a gem in Riga. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is a must-visit spot for an authentic Italian pizza experience. I can't wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings. Highly...
