Very disappointed. I was expecting the bubble tea to be better than what it was, as it’s a brand new shop with a very attractive shopfront. The design inside is really nice too. Unfortunately the menu wasn’t in English but we manage to understand a bit. We took the Tiger sugar and Matcha Pacha. First for the tiger sugar, the tea-milk was not bad. The brown sugar was just a little bit present, and not as present as in the promotion pictures. The tapioca was really not good, not chewy and even some of them was really hard like if they were not enough cooked. When I was eating them, some the tapioca crumbled too. For the matcha pacha, the taste of matcha is barely present. They don’t shake well the tea either, you can see all the powder on top of the cup, floating.. the tapioca was better than the one in the tiger sugar but not so good either. I think they are some improvements to make and to reach the taste from Taiwanese brands present...
Read moreThey need to change the doors, looks like an old house from entrance, the dmwood heavy doors gets stock. Staff not welcoming at all. They behave like not wanting to be there. Couple of times been this week. The cashier do not speak a word while taking your order not to say hello. Only when your beverage is ready they say the name of drink that's all. Maybe they do not speak english.
The drinks are simple, not worthy of the cost. The ice doesn't even come crash. The big cubes takes so long to melt (Rainbow) and bubbles do not come up in the paper straw that gets fluffy in the drink making it impossible for bubbles going up. The metal straw is €3 so you end up paying about €8 for a drink that only looks nice. Very bad environment, I do not wonder why its empty. Doesn't feel like a place you can relax. Only the big windows look alright but they put an add about Ukraine using it for their own publicity as get a tea for it "...
Read moreIt was an OK experience. We took my daughter and her cousins there since it was my daughter’s birthday and she’s obsessed with the boba wave in the USA. For the milk tea, no oblong was offered and no sugar levels, just straight up syrup in limited numbers. It was bubble tea not starchy boba and one could choose up to three flavors to make it as pleasant or as nasty as they wish. All in all, no boba mastery here. Just a shop to make some $$$.
Edited to add that they actually have tapioca pearls and we were told by their cashier that they don’t. I will say she was not that much into us (as her customers) so probably wanted us to move in and out quick, concern for our experience being secondary. No smiles were offered by her in our direction in case...
