I read very nice reviews about this shop and became interested to buy sth from them. I bought new balance shoes 1,5-2 months ago and in the beginning I was very satisfied but after 1,5-2 month the fabric on side has torn, and here I was very disappointed because the shoes still look completely like a new and I didn’t wear them every day. Unfortunately, I was recommending the shop on my social media and to my friends. Very low quality. I went to the shop and asked if there is something that can be done about this issue. They said that they can send my shoes to expertise and if it is a fault of producer then they will give me a gift card or I can exchange my shoes for something else and I have given them my shoes. After several days I got a message saying that they cannot offer me anything and they don’t think this is a producer’s fault. But come on I wore them just max 2 months and the fact you can still see that the shoes look in a very good condition. So I’m very disappointed and I don’t recommend buying stuff from there, even the price was cheaper I’d better add some more money and buy somewhere else with higher quality products and customer support. I will not buy...

Negaidīti nepatīkama iepirkšanās pieredze, kas atsita pilnīgi visu vēlmi vēl kādreiz iegriezties šajā veikalā, kā arī pilnīgi izdzēsa visu iepriekšējo pozitīvo kopīgo iepirkšanās pagātni ar 4-ām Zolēm..... 30.06.2022. datumā iegāju Tērbatas ielas veikalā, nopirku šādas tādas drēbītes, kā arī zandales. Izlēmu apavus uzreiz uzvilkt kājās turpat maliņā, lai ērtāka staigāšana uz mājām - uzmērot atklāju, ka viena zandale ir mazāka nekā otra. Piegāju pie pārdevējiem, saņēmu atbildi,. ka tas varētu būt ražošanas brāķis...bet jebkurā gadījumā naudu man neatgiezīšot, toties varot piedāvāt dāvanu karti vai ko citu izvēlei. Teicu, ka nekas cits īsti nepatīk, uz ko saņēmu atbildi, "ka nu tādi ir tie noteikumi". Palūdzu iesaistīties savu vīru, kurš atradās turpat blakus un kurš pārzin labāk likumdošanu un patērētāju tiesības...pēc asas vārdu apmaiņas ar veikala vadītāju, kurā tikām nosaukti par "tumsoņām", naudu saņēmām atpakaļ. Mulsina tas, ka daudzi veikali izdomā savus iekšējos noteikumus, ar kuriem tev ir jāiepazīstās pirms tu iepērcies un tu tā īsti nevari atslābt...šajā gadījumā jutos pasūtīta 3 mājas tālāk, likās dīvaini, ka šis preces atgriešanas process ir tik emocionāli smags, kautgan var teikt, ka čeks vēl pat nebija paguvis "atdzist", nebiju paguvuri pat iziet ārā no veikala, vai arī nebija beigusies darba diena ar kases slēgšanu, kas varētu varbūt sagādāt kādu lielāku problēmu pārdevējam... 4 Zoles jūs bijāt forši, bet diemžēl...
