Wonderful and quaint restaurant at the train station. For my first few trips to latvia I thought this was a small lido. The really lido is above at the mall. The food here is very good and they always had cabbage rolls. To my wife s chagrin, my missions in life when I go with her to visit her mother is for cabbage rolls and lido after mom in that order. Lido has wonderful rotating food and due to my luck doesn't always have cabbage rolls. Hence my love for Klavas Lapa. Their food is very good, have never had a complaint and not being latvian I can't get on their authenticity but it has been tasty. Enjoy it as lt is. Honestly, the place would benefit with some proper heat to make it cozier, because it is not too warm there. An improvement in the menu is definitely overdue and friendlier...

To top it off, the staff wasn't too friendly and looked annoyed the whole time. Overall, not...
