Felsner Restoranas / Dinner Club — Restaurant in Klaipėda

After now 2 years (see my first report below) I was back again in Felsner (now on a new place) and was immediately recognized by Mrs Felsner. The food as well as the service was as good as a few years ago and I still can recommend it again. I am very happy that this excellent restaurant is still in Klaipdea and hope to be there soon again.

Excellent food cooked to perfection very friendly and helpfull staff even if some of them did not speak English, they immediately looked for help. We went for a birthday family dinner and we were all very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, it was one of the best we tried in Klaipėda, the portions are very generous and the prices are more than reasonable considering the quality and size. However the best thing was the staff, they were super attentive, friendly and professional, accommodated all of our requests, not something you see in every restaurant in Lithuania. My only suggestion for the owners is to invest more in marketing as it is not in the area that is passed by often, and people from our group who live 5 minute walk away did not even know this...

First impression was a closed door from the both sides, we had to wait until someone opens the door for us (customers, not the staff members). Moreover, administrator seems unbothered and didn’t even smile at least once for the whole time. If you working in the service industry, make sure that you are smiling and making guests comfortable.
