I'd love to give this place a better score... have been coming here for 15 years, off and on, and I really like the idea of the local countryside beers from Lithuania, but how it's run seems to require a bit of tuning! For a start there was only one of the Kamainskas beers on tap out of 3, then only one barstaff which means a queue at the bar (and it wasn't even busy). He then proceeded to answer his mobile rather than serve beers, before ignoring it the third time! (maybe it was an important call, but to me customers waiting are more important).

Beers were good, I like the place as a bar, but they need to sort out the staffing and beers on tap IMO to make it as good as it could be; I'm sure it was better five years ago, before COVID. There is a lot more competition in Vilnius now and everyone needs to look at what they...

It's been a while since my last review of this place. Haven't been there in a while, but it seems that some things definitely changed. The service is awful, no hospitality towards the client. Wanted to do a reservation for an event few weeks in advance, they told to reach out week or so before, and when asked about beers and such they mentioned that it's possible to get it right from the bar. Buuut, when we tried to reach out to them, we found out, that on that specific date they're closed and we won't be able to use any of their services, and even better is a fact, thar when we were trying to get in touch with them that same week, nobody would answer our messages or calls. Iš anksto buvo užsakyta mažoji salė šeštadieniui, nuvežtas užstatas. Suderinta, kad mes atvykstam 17 val. Derinom, kad 18 val einam į pabėgimų kambarius ir grįžtam atgal į savo rezervuotą vietą visam vakarui apie 19-20 val. Tačiau įvyko taip, jog penktadienį pasiskambinu suderinti maisto meniu ir man pasako, kad 17 val. į mažąją salę mes negalėsim, nes ten tuo metu bus priimama kita grupė žmonių ir mus įleis ten tik nuo 19 val., nors aš palikau užstatą ir suderinau savaitę prieš viską. Pasiūlė iš pradžių būti bendroj salėj, bet mums toks variantas netiko, nors ir siūlė padaryti 30 eur nuolaidą. Galų gale išsireikalavau, kad priimtų 17 val. klubo salėj. Galima darytis išvadas, kad rezervacijos pas juos nieko nereiškia. Atvykus šeštadienį niekas nebuvo paruošta, priėjus prie padavėjų, jie pareiškė mes neturim laiko. Paprašiau, kad pakviestų vyr. padavėją, kažkas atėjo nžn kas ir sako Jūs palaukit mes paruošim jums mažąją salę. Buvo jau po 17.15 val, laukia kartu 22 žmonės, kurie atvyko į gimtadienį ir mes 18 val. turim jau eiti į pramogą. Ne gana to, jau vakare bendroj salėj vyko koncertas ir vakarui besibaigiant ateina padavėja ir sako, kad direktorius liepia susimokėti už koncertą kiekvienam žmogui, nors mes išvis atskiroj patalpoj. Kažkoks "absurdo teatras" tie alaus namai, suprantu, kad ne aukščiausio lygio restoranas, bet taip darytis verslą be jokių skrupulų ir žmogiškumo, tiesiog absurdas. Jei tie nesklandumai būtų buvę ne paskutinę minutę, tai tikrai mes ten nebūtume ėję. Jei būtų galimybė aš čia duočiau 0 ...
