DECEIVE CUSTOMERS !!!!!!

I was extermely disappointing today, during lunch, the waitress told me that there was a problem with the pose machine and I could only pay in cash. I do believe it at beginning, so I went downstairs to withdraw money. After going upstairs, I noticed that a Lithuania customer request to pay with a credit card, I immediately asked her (lying waitress), "You told me that the pose machine doesn't work,isn't it?" Then she denied what she said, and then I immediately stopped the manager and told her the situation, the manager claimed that the pose machine was working properly.

What annoys me the most is this waitress I've seen her 3 times, why lie to me, SHAME.

If it is because of tips, I am very responsible to tell you that there will never be tips again.

*I also witnessed the waitress trick another English-speaking customer into paying cash only, shame, obscene.

I have been patronizing this CANCAN restaurant (Upės g.9) since 2016 ,I am so disappointed and unbelievable...

So, it used to be a good spot foor casual food and drinks. Great views, decent prices, alright food. But as of recent it just went downhill. Most of the stuff in the menu just isn't available, no matter what time of day or day of the week you visit. Staff is slow to ract (took them 20min to acknowledge our existence after a numerous eye contacts on our last visit) and usually have that "can't be bothered" vibe. When food actually comes out of the kitchen, it's a hit or miss really. If you're into proper pizza it's also a miss (unless you're into Pizza Hut, Domino's etc). Beer on tap is a pretty boring lager, a blonde and a dubbel. Deserts (again, when they have them) are alright. On the plus side there's a good kid's area with stuff to do. The last drop was them saying the fiid will take an hour to prep when the restaurant was filled at 1/3 at most. Like...guys, you're doing something wrong if...

Hello! Was not hoping to write a bad review when we first went inside the restaurant, but here we go! We experienced the worst customer service and had to pay for what we didn’t order. It’s 21pm on 15th March at CANCAN pizza, CUP in Vilnius. And we ordered two pizza’s from the so called offer pizza for 7.70€ 30cm with a summer drink. And waited for more than one hour until our food was served. And we got the check for 34€, we paid our bill and asked the two boys who were in the front! And guess what ? The offer is valid from the next week! Sure we didn’t knew it, but isn’t it their responsibility to to let us know that it is not available? Instead he ordered us something he wanted since he didn’t asked from us! This was 0/10 customer service. And won’t recommend this to anyone else. I wish you will provide us better...
