Skybar — Restaurant in Vilnius

Truly dissappointed again. Service is far from welcoming. Lets start the strory from the beggining. Firstly I had organised a party at skybar conferece place. Pluses of this place are:food was amazing (bravo for the chef), the view amazing too, but unfortunatelly all good things ended up with these two. Service was not friendly, actually even arogant, the place was not ready when we came (had to move tables myself), coctails not prepared, sound system aweful. After complaining of really bad party organisatiob, got voucher as applogy for 50 eur. Imagine what, at the sky bar service was still far away what you would expect. Had to call waitress to take our orders as no one cared if you are just sitting there waiting (not that the place was very full). Final disappointment was with paying bills, imagine they cannot deduct 50 eur voucher from your recipe, appearently you needed to order exactly 5 same items for 10 eur. Excuse was that it is how it is done at their place, they cant use voucher in any other way. Oh come on, in 21st century with AI taking the world, really!!! accounting is so complicated nowadays, that you know everyone (even a shaggy bar) can reduce your bill with the voucher amount, but nooo skybar still cant and I needed to pay those extra 8 eur, because you know that is my fault that there was no information about the voucher usage only on one item. They said they cannot sum up two items or deduct from total amount full 50 eur. I mean this place and management of, it is just amazing how they do not care about the customer. Who are these people?! So if you thinking to go there, better dont as there are so many better places in vilnius to spend money and actually have a great service, amazing atmosphare and where you wont be fooled every step on the process, just because you are only a simple customer. Never coming back there and definitelly spreading bad promotion...

Drinks in this place are pretty average. The only advantage is the view but only if you sit in a good place. Didn’t know that a lot of underage people come here, since as a group of four very visible adults we were asked to show our ids in order to be served. I had to personally show waitress where the age is located on documents because she couldn’t find it so I don’t think the purpose of this ridiculous request was to make sure any laws weren’t broken and she was being...

Being up on the 22nd floor gives you stunning cityscape views that feel both peaceful and super pretty. The vibe is relaxed but classy, perfect for solo travel downtime .

They have a smoking area upstairs, enclosed indoors, which felt a bit like airport lounges—handy for a quiet break. A glass of wine was about €15, pricey but par for a capital city rooftop.
