The girl was taking break at 11:20, but the place didn’t open at 9h? Anyways, ok, everybody deserves a break, after I waited 10 minutes for the princess take her break with her boyfriend, started to arrive people, and she didn’t have the kindness to say “hi you were waiting for 10 minutes, do you want to order!?” 🤷🏻‍♀️ and after 20 min, 10 waiting her break finished and 10 waiting her make the entire orders from people whom arrived after me, finally I got my cappuccino, that most looked like a late but ok! Very diluted and not strong cappuccino. Caffeine chain offers very inconsistent quality. Sometimes it's good sometimes it sucks, like the one at this location. Staff was unhappy to make a new cup of coffee for me so the second cup didn't come out to be amazing either. I had bad cappuccino at Caffeine in Riga too (coffee was lukewarm not hot).
