Vakar (05.27) aplankiau Paupio Caffeine antrą kartą, deja, ir vėl nusivyliau aptarnavimu. Nors jokių eilių nebuvo, o barista aiškiai matė, kad laukiu, jokios reakcijos nesulaukiau – nei pasisveikinimo, nei paprasto „tuoj prieisiu“. Darbuotoja ramiai šluostė priekystali ir visiškai ignoravo. Po kurio laiko tiesiog apsisukau ir išėjau – toks abejingumas tiesiog stebina. Ypač liūdna, kad tai jau ne pirmas kartas, kai šioje vietoje patiriu ignoruojanti ir nemalonų „aptarnavimą“, jei tai išvis galima taip pavadinti. Panašu, kad darbuotojų pasirinkimui skiriama mažai dėmesio – o juk būtent žmonės sukuria vietos atmosferą ir sugrąžina klientą atgal. Šiuo atveju, deja, trečio šanso nebus. Linkiu vadovybei atidžiau rinktis komandą – ši vieta turi potencialo, bet tokios patirtys jį...
