CRUSTUM — Restaurant in Vilnius

I have a been a frequent client for the place since 2019,never had any thing to complain of. However, I went last week to have a coffe with my girlfriend and while setting, the waiter or the responsible person ( there were two young worker) met someone who she knows or a client with a dog, she immediately went and grabbed the dog with her hands and hold it, pey it and ect, till here I have no issues as a customer. But, then when the dog left with his owner I was observing aiming that she will at least clean her hands before serving other clients, she did not!!!! She straight forward went and start handling food with dirty hands without WASHING THEM OR WITHOUT EVEN PUTTING ON GLOVES to other clients. I walked to her with my girlfriend after we finished the coffee and said in a nice way, to make sure she washes het hands as this a coffee/ bakery and they might be even people who might be even allergic to dogs. She got upset on us and said"ok, you made your point. Bye"!! The point here is that no one is against petting a dog, we all like to do it,what is not acceptable is to not keep the hygiene levels when you are in the bakery/restaurant industry and serve people with your hands.

I will certainly not come back there again, I wish that the place will take the measures to not let this...

i love crustum for a couple of reasons: first of all, they have a really big selection of sweet and savoury food, and its not that expensive as well. i payed 13,10€ for 3 food items and a drink, and as a person who works at a cafe herself, i consider this being a very good price. second of all, i am pretty sure they bake everything at the cafe, instead of getting pre-baked food that is packaged in plastic, which makes them not only cheaper, but also more fresh! i don't think they have a discount app yet, but with these prices, not i'm not sure they need one. i definitelly recommend stopping by this place, especially if you have time and want to eat delicious and fresh food! p.s. matcha isn't the best here, but...

looks more like a pigsty than a catering establishment. disposable cups fell to the floor with a crash and the staff picked them up from the floor and carefully put them back on the coffee machine. I would not want to be that person who drinks from this garbage. Haven't you heard about hygiene? And about sanitary standards? And no one here understands why the tables need to be wiped...
