It's absolutely stunning that Kiras now has a place in Europa. Their well-known drinks like Chilli Latte or the perfect Mint Cacao and not to forget the delicious Matcha Latte have found their way to business district. This area needed such a cafe with all their amazing desserts. While the desserts are vegan, believe me, every non vegan would find them a delicacy.

And the waitress or barista, not really sure how to call her, she is amazing. Friendly, as is the tradition for Kiras and helpful...

I visited on Sunday to enjoy a coffee, but the experience was disappointing. The barista spent 20 mins cleaning up a spill without saying anything or apologizing for the wait. She didn’t greet us. When she finally came to serve us, I asked about a few drinks on the menu to know what they tasted like. She replied, “I don’t know.” Her indifference to customers was evident. After me, several customers approached the counter, but the barista was not at the bar and was losing potential customers. The drinks also didn’t taste that great. I visit this place periodically and have always been satisfied, but this time I experienced disappointment. The barista seemed to think we came to her home asking...

Needed a cake for the next day so I emailed them quite late. Although they didn't have the cake I wanted (understandably so), they offered me 3 cake options that they had made that day. I chose the Snickers cake, the pick up was very smooth and it was the best cake we've ever had. Presentation was also 10/10, everything was beyond...
