Absolutely blown away by this place! I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in, but wow — this might be the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. Every single bite was packed with flavor. The pho was incredibly rich and aromatic, and the fresh herbs on the side just made everything pop. I also tried the bánh mì and it was next level — crispy bread, juicy meat, the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. What really sets this place apart though is the atmosphere. It feels cozy and authentic, but also modern and clean. The best part? You can actually see into the kitchen while they’re cooking, which adds such a cool vibe. Watching the chefs work their magic while you’re enjoying your meal just makes the whole experience even better. Staff were super friendly too — not in your face, but really welcoming and helpful. I came here out of curiosity and left completely hooked. This is the kind of spot you tell your friends about and secretly hope they don’t tell too many people so it stays special. Absolutely recommend. 10/10.

Sadly cannot say much good about the food at Viet.ines this time. Pho beef was very chewy and almost impossible to chew properly (my teeth are in order) and Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk didn't have any... condensed milk. Moreover, table water, which was ordered with a waiter, was never brought. This restaurant used to be the best place in Vilnius to have some nice Vietnamese food but sadly after such experience I really cannot recommend it to anyone, because if almost everything about a single order went wrong, it's probably not a one off. I really hope they improve and go back to what they used to be originally. Otherwise it will be one of those sad stories of a great place having gone downhill.

Dare I say, the pho was truly authentic. I realized it the next day when I took the leftover broth out of the fridge and discovered it had turned into collagen — the real sign of a lovingly made pho. Having lived in Southeast Asia for a few years and with a Vietnamese best friend, I’ve learned that a good pho is one that’s good for your skin — it turns to jelly when cooled. I’m pretty sure even Vietnamese aunties would celebrate Vietinės, and so should you. The place has such a welcoming energy — dog-friendly, open-hearted, and full of good people. The team is friendly and stylish, and the whole experience feels both warm and effortlessly cool.

We came back here for the second time as the foods were good last time, however the service today was APPALLING! The waiter who brought the dish for my partner didn't leave cutlery or anything to eat with. When another waitress brought my dish, she also didn't give us anything to eat with,so I asked her for the cutlery, she sort of sarcastically smirked and came back, just left the chopsticks. Since my partner was having soup,I again asked her to bring a spoon, she smirked again and came back left ONLY"FORKS" this time! Again, asked for a spoon, again, she smirked, and this time sighed like given up. She came back, SLAMMED THE SPOONS ON THE TABLE, WIDENING HER EYES LIKE MAD, BENDING OVER ME, SAYING IN A LOUD VOICE "S-P-O-O-N-S!!" Honestly,we were polite and patient, spoke quite nicely with smiles all the time and I don't believe asking for cutlery is demanding too much, unless we were supposed to eat hot noodle soup with hands! It was the rudest behaviour I have seen from a service stuff for a long time that she could even be fired for that. She may have had a bad day,but it doesn't mean that she can spoil someone else's day, especially when it's a paying customer of hers. We planned to have Vietnamese coffee before, but decided against and the first time in a long time,we didn't leave any tips. It was THAT...

MY LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME. The food is absolutely outstanding! It's comforting, full of flavour and comes in generous servings.

We had a vegan broth with noodles and tofu, which was absolutely outstanding. Complex rich umami flavours yet you can customise it to your palate by adding sriracha, chili oil or whatever you fancy. Although it can definitely be enjoyed as it comes!

We also had vegan spring rolls and OH MAMA! The filling had textures, outside was crunchy and it's definitely at the top of my fave comfort foods!

You can also get some great stuff for your home pantry. Including 0.5kg tofu packs - goodbye mainstream supermarkets!

Beyond all of this - people who run this place truly live their values. If you want food to go then you better bring your own containers. Although they now have jars for take aways and home deliveries! So less plastic, less waste - more...
