Food was okay... The order taker (yellow shirt) malay girl unprompted handling customer.. I came to asking about menu.. She just point her finger to menu without explain anything.. She turn her face to her friend at preparation area & laughing. So weird.. I kept inquiry about suggestions menu.. She didn't how to explain but kept laughing with her friend.. So sure I am communicate in Bahasa Malaysia cause she can't speak English well. Till I ask her to call manager in charge... The Manager was attend me with good manners & I get my order. service is very disappointing. other people after me around 5 people like that were called to get their food but i wasn't. after a few minutes they called and me actually waited for the fries and the fries were in the oven act but the staff could just do it without feeling guilty. very disrespectful. also the food sizing doesn't make sense with the price. not blaming the price but they are hesitant to serve food to customers like that. please fix what needs to be fixed. customers pay not free meals, so give...

Newly open outlet in Ampang Point. Good and friendly staff service. Clean and well set up restaurant. Quality of food still maintain and at its best. We tried the Menu Rahmah burgers RM5.00 each. 3 choice - fish burger, cheese burger & chicken burger. I like the fish burger...very tasty. The rootbeer float was always my favourite from childhood days. I'm so glad finally we can dine in at A & W restaurant. So difficult to find one..only in R &R or in certain complex only.
