Hamwatan Kitchen — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I recently visited Hamwatan Kitchen and tried their Kabul Rice, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced—every bite was a delight. The rice was cooked to perfection, tender yet slightly crispy, and the meat (or chicken, depending on what you choose) was so tender and flavorful.

The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and made sure we had a great dining experience.

If you love authentic Afghan cuisine, you must try the Kabul Rice here—it’s a true taste of Afghanistan! I’ll definitely be coming back for more....

A hidden gem with authentic Afghan food. My family and myself tried Manto, Chicken Kebab and Rice, Lobia and Mint Tea. The staff are very kind. The only minor error was the cold bread they served. But when requested, they made sure that it was warmed and returned to the table in less than two minutes. A place that I would visit again and again.

We drove from Kelana Jaya for lunch and we thought of trying Afghani restaurant. So we made our plan and chose this place due to the review, and we had high hopes for this visit.
