Seating outside and inside. Giant menu outside for viewing. Got there and sat down. You don't order with a waiter here. You scan a qr code (so you need a smart phone) and order online. While this is a neat feature, ordering in person should still be available if someone wants it (I'm not sure if it is). You don't have to pay online. Your order is simply submitted on the website. You can order to go/take out/take away here and dine in. You can pay with cash, card, and qr code. All the food is halal.
Each table comes with clean plastic chopsticks and bottles of soy sauce and chili sauce.
Ordered the beef ramen (15 ringgit/$3.75USD) and the lamb Chinese dumplings. The beef ramen was extremely savory. You can choose to remove certain toppings (through options online or through notes on the order). And it is truly unlimited. They will give you noodle refills (just noodles, nothing else) to put in your broth. The noodles for the ramen are a little thick and chewy (like linguine). The beef is delicious, but there could be a little more.
The steamed lamb dumplings (16 Ringgit/$4USD) were lackluster. Dumping them in the chili sauce that came with them helped. I'm not a fan of the taste of steamed lamb, but that doesn't mean that someone else may not enjoy these. Carrots and onions are also inside.
On the side, ordered the fresh green apple juice. Very delicious and worth getting (7 ringgit/$1.75USD). Ordered the BBQ lamb skewer and BBQ beef skewer (5 ringgit/$1.25USD per skewer). They were fine. Not the best. The meat was a tough and heavily covered in chili and other dry spices. Also ordered 2 rice bowls to go. Great deal for 2 ringgit/50 cents USD each and paired with a skewer or 2, it makes a good cheap meal. Huge amount of rice.
These are more expensive dishes on the menu. However, you can easily eat here for under 20 ringgit/$5USD. Lots of options for freshly squeezed drinks. The waiters brought the entrees very fast, but all of the other items took a very long time (between 5-20 minutes after the entrees). Very clean, they clean every few minutes and when a customer leaves. There's a sink to wash your hands at.
Towards the end, the waiters became a little pushy. I don't know if it's because I wasn't spending the most, but they were a little passive-aggressive each time they stopped by the table, which made it a little hard to finish the meal and digest. I think this is because the restaurant was particularly busy (not 100% full though), but I'm not sure.
Overall, good meal. Service could be a little better. Open...
Read moreTo whom it may concern,
I had lunch with my friend at your restaurant on September 25, 2023, at around 4:40 PM.
Initially, I have tried to place your order online, but my internet connection was slow.
I have called over a staff member (A) who was standing at the cashier and asked if i could place my order directly with her because off it and She agreed and was very helpful.
And after that I have received my meals without any issues.
Now, the situation gets a bit confusing: As there is another staff member named Sue, who had just started her evening shift, replaced the original staff member at the cashier.
I noticed that Sue took out her makeup powder to check her grooming in the middle of her duties.
When my another friend arrived and wanted to place an order directly at the cashier like I did, Sue told her that she couldn't order there and had to use the scanning method, which left me puzzled as I were able to order directly earlier.
It seems like there was some inconsistency in the service provided by different staff members at the restaurant, with one allowing direct orders and another insisting on using the scanning method.
This inconsistency may have caused confusion and frustration for you and your colleague.
Please send the staff for proper training , and as far as I know grooming is to check at the toilet not at the front . It giving you first...

I tried their mala noodles, scallion oil noodles, and their spicy shredded beef.
Mala noodles - broth was good, standard beef broth. mala came in paste form but put together with the noodles, so you can’t tune the spice. Mix together with the broth and it is one of the best mala broth i have tasted. I picked daoxiao instead of lamien. The texture is on the softer side and lacking the chewiness but alas pretty good. Add on extra noodles for only 0.50. Pretty cheap compared to a lot of places.
Scallion oil noodles - pretty bland imo. Lack flavour whatsoever. Had to pair with the chili oil to bring out the flavour but it’s still lacking. Portion was ok but the egg that came with it is just full boiled egg.
Spicy shredded beef - basically just boiled shredded beef paired with their chili oil. Quite bland as their chili oil is not salty enough for me. If the beef is thicker sliced beef, it would be a better dish.
Overall a 3.8 for me. Will visit the store one day and discover more...
