If you could fill up your cafe with what Fook Yuen don't have, such as bake goods, custards peach cake, puff pastries, tarts, cakes, sandwiches, croissants, mini cheesecakes, lamingtons, petit fours, bagels, donuts, trifle, tiramisu, pavlova, sweet pies, savoury pies and breads pack in To Go style, then I have a reason to go jog 🏃‍♀️4km to your cafe. You should also have 'Cake 🎂 of the day' and have it display. This could be the best corner cafe if you decide to be one. I think you should focus on food that will compliments your beverages and be different than the opposite restaurant.
