Can’t believe this Borenos has been very bad at serving a customer. This is second time me as a customer had encounter and deal with unsatisfied services. Last time was misunderstand menu that i ordered, Me and my friend paid a price for rice chicken with cheese toping but ended up we didn’t got the cheese toping on top of the rice but yet we still paid the price which is rice with cheese toping. My friend managed to ask the staff about the mislead order but no action were taken. The staff were too ignorant about customer’s order and told us that we had wrong order but we have shown the receipt as our prove. Now this time, we have order three pieces and mentioned parts of chicken as this Borenos chicken part are getting smaller but the price still the same and expensive. We have request to change a different part for chicken because it is too tiny as soon as the food were released from kitchen, the staff who managed our order telling us that this food cannot be exchange as soon as it was serve, i don’t know what kind of served is he talked about because the order is still on counter but he cannot even change the part that were requested in the cashier. Please improve your bad services, educate staff to be more concern about customer’s request or order. We customer had paid for your salary over this bad services. You guys can’t just ignore our order. I wish Borenos can take action wisely to ensure customer are satisfy for your services. Don’t just ignore customer like you think you are the best...

My wife stumbled upon this fantastic local Sabahan franchise eatery that reminded us of KFC, offering a delightful menu of fried chicken, burgers, fries, and coleslaw, among other delectable treats. We decided to give it a shot and headed there for lunch, and we were in for a treat.

We opted for the 3-piece fried chicken set with drinks. The set came with three generously sized pieces of chicken, not spicy but flavorful, served alongside creamy coleslaw and scrumptious whipped potato, all neatly presented on a cute tray. To quench our thirst, we enjoyed refreshing bandung, which had just the right balance of sweetness.

Besides the fried chicken, we also ordered a chicken burger. Though not quite matching the fame of KFC, it was surprisingly good, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and quality.

What truly made the experience memorable was the incredibly friendly staff. They warmly welcomed us and quickly realized we were not locals. They went above and beyond to assist us in choosing the best options for our lunch. The cheerful and harmonious atmosphere added to the enjoyment of our meal.

We got the 5 person combo meal for our group of 4 people, we walked away feeling very satisfied. We got sprite and enjoyed the free refills of ice cold bubbly sprite. After paying the drinks were brought to our table within ~5mins. Another 5 minutes later we end up picking up our order ASAP as the smell of freshly fried chicken is making us super hungry. The chicken has a lot of crunch on the outside while the inside is very juicy and succulent. The seasoning on the outside has a little spicy kick to it which I really enjoyed. There were 2 little sinks for washing hands but only the sink on the left had a soap dispenser, wish the soap dispensers were either in the middle or on both sides of the sink to avoid waiting. The staff were friendly, it was our 1st time here but they were patient and provided some helpful recommendations. The fried chicken is delicious and was freshly fried after ordered and was piping hot as you sink your teeth into a big chunk. The condiments were ketchup and chili sauce.
