Fook Yuen 富源-Asia City — Restaurant in Borneo

For so long I've been enjoying my lunch here, I'd never encountered this extreme rude attitude from a cashier like AZLINA. After I paid my bill, I noticed it was slightly more expensive than my normal bill, I double checked my items and noticed that beverage ordered was of cold drink but my routine was of hot drink. I reminded the cashier my beverage was wrongly ordered, she 'asked', haven't I asked you whether u want cold drink? I said I couldn't hear it, I want hot drink. She wasn't murmuring, but kept on repeating so that I could blame myself for not listening clear enough, haven't I asked you is that cold drink you want? I mean... So? So what if I really couldn't hear her question, I'm only correcting my order and I admitted I didn't hear you. I couldn't believe nowadays there's still exceptional barbarian or gangster style of service crew in a well known cafe in town. Right now I still can't figure out why she need to react that way. First time i came, the service is not that good. I have to wait for quite a while for my coffee and 'Roti Kawin'. Maybe because there's a lot of customers.

2nd time, service is still the same. But this time, there's only a few customers. And the person next to me keep on mumbling about how bad the service is. She said to me that she's already waiting for 15 minutes for a 'Roti Kawin'. For me, i have to wait just like the lady.

3rd time Service ia still the same. With less customer than the 1st & 2nd.
