Be it clams, or scallops, prawns, lobsters, crabs, and fishes of wide varieties, everything is served fresh to the table and steamed right before your eyes at your table as every table comes with its own steamer, and below the steamer, porridge is being cooked and along the way, ingredients added to it that makes it for a flavourful experience when served as the last dish after a gastronomic spread of seafood before that. We took the 5 pax set for RM$688 and it was good value and a decent amount of food that fed the 6 of us without needing to add an extra head count, which would have cost RM$128 per pax
Service staff were attentive and that was good, but don't expect them to be chatty and explain about food items.
The atmosphere isn't actually grand but there are private rooms further at another unit behind the main unit at the front. To know that they even have a Vision and Mission, for a seafood restaurant, was a fresh perspective for me. The wine cellar was also a little wow. Got the crab porridge and steamed items, where the taste of all the clams, fish, and items ordered would seep into the main porridge that was cooking all through the meal. Make sure you get the salted egg fresh prawns - 1kg worth of it was about 180 MYR, but you need to get this.
Louis very much took care of us the entire time, and even gave us very legitimate recommendations on food, and what to do around the area. For tourists, this is definitely especially helpful as you know you're well taken care in an above and beyond fashion....
