Its a good and nice place to stay for a indipendent or small family member travel room is beautiful and tidy. Note:Its a self check-in hotel get ur access pin with the owner. If u park on the basement u need to go to the center and find the ascalator to go up to G floor. And from the center u walk and find the gray door for stairs(next to produa), just walk straight and there is an elevator in front of you, press the button where your homestay is. Check in 3pm, check out 12pm.

Whenever I visit KK for business or leisure trip I always choose this hotel. Room is nice and clean. Quite spacious and they have day bed. Safety entrance as we only can do self check in. Required an entrance password and room key password too, Just few things need to be improve such as some part of wallpaper are broken off near to the hand-sink. And the side bed lighting no switch off button.

The room itself was clean, just had some unknown red liquid on the floor, the bad thing was it wasn't in an actual location and it was hard to find it especially at night, and the code and locker code didn't tell me I needed the code. When I need to contact customer service, there is no hotline to call, which makes it very troublesome for us.

Highly recommended in Kota Kinabalo cheap, Clean and modern, has laundry area just bring your detergent. Good for long term if you’re always out this is no window hotel. The room is good for 3 people the bed is spacious and it has other extra bed which made it more space in the room. The staffs are nice theyre helpful and always ready to help whenever their helped needed. It’s easy to check in you just need to message them via WhatsApp they have their number in the details you will see it after you will book the place. Message them in advance before you arrived atleast a day or hour. Don’t go there without messaging them because they have no lobby. They will send via WhatsApp on how you self check in. The building has a mall so it has restaurants local and western, other asian restaurants, bar, has convenient store, bakery and many more.Imago is just less than 10 mins walkHospital is just a walking distance too📍Sutera Avenue...

I had a fantastic experience staying at Homesuite, Sutera Avenue in Kota Kinabalu, particularly in their Family Room. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with a cozy living area, comfortable beds, which was perfect for our family.The location is great as well, with shopping malls, restaurants, and tourist spots within walking distance. I would definitely recommend Homesuite to anyone traveling with family, as it offers excellent value and a great experience...
