The dessert of the day was an ice-cream topped waffle we shared - a gigantic portion for us. Sided with two glasses of caramel latte and iced matcha, the atmosphere of the cafe was fairly decent. I admired the Christmas lights, they remind me of my favourite season and the upcoming possibilities ahead. Although, a turn down was that seats were quite limited, as the premise was quite packed. However, this made my week - I could not stop thinking about it.

Read moreThis place seems to be based on a camping theme. There are tents & camping gear around the premises. I guess this is why most of the tables & chairs are low (not normal dining table height). Luckily, we managed to sit at one of the higher tables, which makes it easier to eat properly (no need to bend, etc).
Food is alright. Service was a bit slow but we noticed one staff member arriving while we were eating so maybe that's the reason why.
When it comes to drinks, there are additional charges for cream, etc. So do be careful as we only found out from the receipt...

The red velvet cake is dense and the flavour is less noticeable. The curry of the Japanese curry rice is very mild with super light flavours as you can see based on the colour.
