I would like to raise a concern regarding the consistently poor service I've received from one of the male staff members at your counter — notably, a good-looking young man whose attitude has been repeatedly unpleasant.
Each time I visit, he shows a visibly unfriendly expression and responds to customer inquiries with clear impatience or complete silence, using only hand gestures as if he were unwilling to speak.
One particular incident stood out: There was no internet connection in the dining area — our phones showed “no service” — so my friend and I were unable to scan the QR code to place our order. We approached the counter to order directly and I politely said:
Me: “Hi, there’s no internet here, so we can’t scan to order. I’d like to order at the counter.” Him: (pointing at our table) “You need to go back and scan to order.” Me: “But there’s no internet.”
Instead of acknowledging the situation, he pulled out a new QR code and insisted we scan again, despite the fact that there was still no service. After I repeated that we could not connect, he reluctantly took our order with a visibly annoyed attitude and even glared at us.
At first, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps he was just having a bad day. But after several visits, the same attitude persists. I’ve also spoken with friends who had similar experiences with him, which indicates this is not an isolated case.
This behaviour has created a very unpleasant experience for me and others. I sincerely hope this matter will be addressed to ensure better customer service moving forward.

I felt absolutely judged in the atmosphere I was in , if we talk about the food given it definitely wasn't half as bad as the service my family and I received. At first , when I arrived at the destination , the food that was left behind by others was not cleaned up and I felt very disgusted. Secondly , I was greeted with an attitude from one of the staff members which surprisingly the male staff wasn't as terrible as our last visit. Thirdly , I would like to emphasize on a part where i received the wrong order and when reporting to one of the female staffs she was absolutely terrible , she did not smile at me or even gave the slightest emotion. She ruined my plan with my family , when I explained it she suddenly pulled up with the correct order and said I did not see carefully even though she was the one that forgot a part of my order. It was absolutely bombastical, in my opinion there are better places to go. If I could choose to go here again , which I hope I won't , I hope this destination can improve on the staff services which I'm not satisfied with.
