Liang Fan Seafood Restaurant offers a great seafood dining experience. We had dinner there last night and were able to compare it directly with Welcome Seafood, where we dined the night before. Overall, the food at Liang Fan was fresher and more flavorful than at Welcome. Every dish we ordered was well-prepared—fresh, tasty, and satisfying.
The only disappointment was the sapak clam, which wasn't fresh, though the chef and staff disagreed. Fortunately, they were willing to refund the dish, which we appreciate.
The pricing is reasonable, but the dining environment could be improved. The plastic table covers take away from the experience and feel a bit annoying. If easy cleaning is the goal, they could follow Welcome Seafood’s approach—using glass table tops that can be wiped down easily with soap...

I don't usually give these kinds of reviews, but the owners do not seem to care anyway. They have a fly problem and the dim sum is not that great compared to some other eateries. We only had dim sum so cannot comment on the other dishes. There was a piece with ants on it as well, told the waitress but she never reverted. Staff training could be improved.
