Pros: Place is big and nice. Friendly staff.

Cons: I went here with my niece last week in the morning super yummy. I always love this place from canada. BUT! Tonight I went with my mom and brother, the server not sure how to work the app and tried to help but pressing all the wrong things so I had to say I will figure it out. Second, the side dishes arrived but the server forgot to bring one more out. So, I had to ask for it. And the share drink, the server again don’t bring enough cup. To be honest tonight, I was shocked that the foods were yucky. Not to be rude towards food but the mediterranean rice were mushy and the peri-peri chicken were burnt and bitter. Lime cooler drinks to share are sparkling water, I would personally never order any sparkling because they taste bad to me and bitter. Please label them as sparkling instead of lime cooler fancy name 😅 I talked to the staff how my mom, brother and I didn't drink the lime cooler water after tasted it and she explained it is sparkling water. I thought she would at least offer us just water but no she said “you can order bottomless drink soda and chocolate and it is all bottomless. Next time don’t ordered sparkling drink anymore, and just order bottomless drink.” I was like okay, so no solution available now. So, we all leave without drinking anything after the meal, except my brother finished his cup because of feeling desperate. I spent RM100.80. At an expensive place like this, don’t you think at least the food should be good? Truly disappointed and won’t come again, ruined my excitement for Nando’s-used to be...

I came here with another 3 persons after a long absence of 3 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a restaurant where you would always have to queue up for a seat during peak hours. However to my surprise, today there were many empty tables. Another change was the menu was digitalized. I thought it was a very good idea until everyone at my table found out that we have to do a registration with our personal details just to read the menu for the first time. The staff should have been aware that we were new to their system because we asked a few times for help. To make a long story short, we ended up with double order. There were very few diners during this peak hour but the staff didn't bother to ask us or even wondered why everything was double. We were so shocked. Finally the restaurant manager agreed to take back the untouched double portion and issue a refund. In all their confusion they missed out one of our orders. Their service became poor because of an inefficient online system. Why still continue with it? It's driving away your customers because the food was still good...

There is no physical menu. You have to scan the QR code on the table which leads you to their website. Then, you order from the website on your phone browser and then head to the counter to pay immediately after placing your order. 😅 Have to do this or your order stuck at pending.

Service was fast. Waiters were friendly and helpful. But wish they told us about the ordering method since some people waited for a long time. Restaurant decor has warm, woody, industrial feel with South African details in the music and fixtures. Be expected to spend up to RM 20-30 for a regular meal with bottomless drink. Cheapest chicken meal is Rm 16 with only 1 side. Ordering up to 5 items can be up to RM 40, depending on what you ordered. 😅 Food is great. Loved the lemon and herb options for those who don't like spice. Bottomless drinks can be refilled many times. Their red velvet cake is actually so good. I'd...

I ordered a chicken leg with a 'hot & spicy' option, expecting a fiery kick. Unfortunately, the dish was overwhelmingly lemony with only a mild hint of spice. I also requested extra cheese sauce, anticipating a rich spicy feeling, but instead of giving me a dipping sauce, they gave me a low-quality SLICE of cheddar cheese that I could find in the supermarket, and they served it cold. The chicken itself didn't taste fresh and kind of cold; it seemed like it was pre-cooked and merely reheated upon order. The service didn't help matters either. Having to order entirely through a QR code without any human interaction was frustrating because the application to make an order is also weird and not perfect at all. Overall, not a pleasant visit!
