Disappointing Experience â Rude Staff We arrived at the restaurant around 10 PM and were initially welcomed by a male staff member who offered us a late-night discount of up to 20%. However, when we began ordering, a female waiter took over and handed us menus that did not display any prices. We politely asked about the prices and mentioned the discount that had just been offered. Instead of answering our questions nicely, the waitress responded rudely, saying, âThis is the first time a customer has asked about a discount,â in a very dismissive tone. When I asked her whether her colleague was lying to us, instead of clarifying the situation politely, she continued with a rude attitude and avoided answering directly. A simple and respectful response like, âMaybe he was joking,â would have been enough. But her unprofessional behavior made us feel very unwelcome. Because of her attitude, we decided to leave and go to another restaurant (just mext to it). Afterward, we were told that this place already has a bad reputation and that the same waitress is known for being rude. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldnât recommend this restaurant. Good service is just as important as good food, and this place clearly lacks it...

When asked, seller claimed they used the same batter for fried chicken so this was the bits and pieces from other orders. Taste wise, way below average. For all types of seafood, each plate is RM70, which they claimed is 1kg but I doubt it is for the squid. Waited almost an hour to be served, and when served, the interval from serving the first dish to the last was about 20 mins. We came on a weekday night. Totally not...
Read moreFood took at least 1 hour to arrive. Taste was just alright for RM150.
Also, always ask for the price before orderingâwe almost got scammed out of RM40. Weâd calculated the bill to be around RM150-ish, but when I went to pay, the cashier was doing her own math, refusing to show how she got there. Her calculator said RM193, which didnât sit right with us since weâd already worked it out beforehand. When we questioned her, she recalculated, and suddenly the total was RM157. So, where exactly did the extra RM36 come from? Yeah, no idea....
