I am writing this letter to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received from your cashier at the Wawasan Plaza branch today, October 7, 2023, at 12:23 PM.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of outstanding. They were patient, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit.

What truly impressed me was the cashier's willingness to answer my questions about the menu and provide recommendations. Their knowledge of the offerings and their enthusiasm in helping me make a selection made me feel valued as a customer.

Furthermore, the cashier efficiently processed my order, ensuring it was accurate and promptly delivered to my table. Their attention to detail and dedication to service are truly commendable.

i tried order kfc snack plate using tng offer( giving 20 percent discount). but the cashier and the manager said :"this offer only for delivery. if got this offer, they will be notified." They even took my phone to look at the offer, but they dont want to read the details.i didnt argue with them as I was in hurry. but the KFC staff. PLEASE GET UP TO DATE to the offerings by KFC. Then i bought other meal and took away. i asked for ketchup sauce after he passed me the meal. but the cashier go find chili sauce and put inside my pack. i was in hurry,therefore i didnt check what he passed to my back. when i left there , i only knew it was chili sauce. is the cashier cant differentiate the sauces? or he cant talk to inform me :no sauce or whatever excuse.? the chair and floor are very dirty, the side entrance door are very noisy (the door scratch the floor) when customer come in and out. in conclusion, environment: dirty and noisy; service: very...

We came at 9:40pm and the close order is at 10pm.. but they didnt accept our order, then we saw the next customer came got accepted and able to take an order but not us. Wheres the right of the customers? Is it bec they came as family and we came as a friends so yall only give a respect for them? Dear KFC Plaza's Stuff, whether the customer is a family or a group of friends or even an individual you should just stick to the rules! I am not reccomended any of visitors or any guests to come here bec of the service are sooo bad like really really bad! Thank you. Please solve this problems immediatly before others...
