Everything about this restaurant is in Chinese, including the name of the shop. However, I have managed to get the English name of the shop - Restaurant ZQY. Do not ask me what it stands for. I have not got round asking the owner yet.
It is a shop run by a friendly husband and wife team who will make you feel at home and enjoy their delicacies.
Their signature dish is the specially homemade flat noodles which is prepared in dry or soup version. The flat noodles in the clear soup is great tasting as it has no traces of monosodium glutamate, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so goes the saying. There is no after effect of feeling thirsty. Of course. their popular dumplings are thrown in for added deliciousness. You would fall in love with the special dumplings and return for more.
The dry noodles is one of its kind, unlike the normal Wan Tan Mee which has dark soy sauce. The sauce is a specially prepared light sauce which enhances the flavour, giving it a most delicious taste. Slurp up the flat noodles and spoon up the dumpling which is given in a small bowl of soup and you are assured of a fulfilling meal.
Oops. nearly forgot. To round it up, crispy roasted pork compliments the dish. All for Rm 7.50.

Quite a lot of varieties available. The lady boss is from China and she already adopted Malaysian accents. Restaurant is minimalistic, and the decorations are quite simple which is good.
Noodles are springy and have good consistency. one thing I really like is their 'flat meat' aka wonton. This flat meat has very springy meat fillings and a thin wonton skin. I rate this 9/10 for the consistency. Dumplings is also flavourful and nice.
Price is reasonable and not too expensive. Basically each person spends around rm15-20 for a very full meal.
