Had a really bad experience at this place. Food was so so, not the best ( chicken wings may have been microwaved as the plate was served super hot), cocktail was ok too. Nothing special.

The beach seating was super full when we arrived and so we asked if we could move to the beach when tables were available and the waiter said they had a waiting list and so we agreed to be added to the list and we waited as we had our food. Waited for about 2 hours only to see another customer ( only 10-15 mins at the restaurant) who just randomly asked a waiter if he could at the beach ( there was an empty table) be provided a table. We thought there wasn’t a system anymore so the next time we saw a beach table we asked the waiter if we could move there only for him to say they have a system.

This was obviously very frustrating as it’s either they have a system or they don’t, it’s not fair to allow some customers on the system and others don’t. While we were speaking with the waiter, another person arrive (I think the manager) and was really sarcastic and rude. Completely dismissed our complaint.

We definitely didn’t mind waiting 2 hours for a beach table as we understood everyone wanted a table and would have been ok if the manager explained it nicer rather than being so rude and sarcastic.

Will never return not will I recommend this...

Everything was perfect except "Paul" the most rudest manager I've ever seen. Such a hypocrite. My whole mood to celebrate my husband's birthday was spoilt before I get a table in the restaurant. As I arrived with my husband and 2 kids, the staff showed us a table to our liking sea facing and a beautiful view. But as we walked to our table we were stopped by this manager Paul and he kinda "shooed" us to a not so preffered seating area. When I questioned why I can't sit at the place, he actually had the cheeks to say that the front seats are for customers who spends RM100 and above.... I was so disappointed and humiliated, by him just judging us. I told him off saying definitely the bill for 4 of us to have dinner is gonna be more than RM100,and only then he allowed us to seat facing the sea... he is such a mood spoiler and he was also seen rude to other customers. Pls don't have him on the front facing customer serving role.... he is not competent to be in the service industry with such attitude,and negative body language. BTW I ended up spending more than RM300 for the dinner that night. THE plus points are definitely all the good food, nice ambience, scenery, and the fire show was excellent. Just MINUS...

Ordered: (can't rmb specific dish names, some are just descriptions of what the dish is) 2 pizzas (Hawaiian and special I think) 2 fish and chips grilled sea bass with herb sauce beef burger tenderloin steak chicken with oriental sauce

The beef burger was tasty, not sure about the tenderloin because I didn't get a review from my dad lol. Other than these 2 dishes, the rest were quite bad.

And for some reason, it seems like the restaurant has 2 different menus? Those that sat at the outdoor beach area like us had western food menu. But those seated indoors were all eating seafood, Zi char style. We were not given any menu that had the zi char options.

Unfortunately the day that I went was quite cloudy as well, so there was no fire performance, which was the main reason we wanted to eat here. But this is not the restaurants fault, heard from the waiter that the fire performance is not hired by the restaurant, they are independent performers that go around collecting tips from restaurant viewers after.

Anyways, I found this place from Xiao hong shu, but after experiencing myself, I don't get the hype... Was very disappointed in the food, will not recommend to anyone.
