BreadKING Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in George Town

To be honest i really dissapointed with the cashier attitude and also the waiters ! I feel so sad when i saw one guy which is the waiters are taking our picture without our permissions he hide his camera and when he saw me he is suddenly shock ! And to be honest after me and friend ate here we are puke all night long and feel dizzy like we are taking alcohol ! But we are not ! I dont know what they are put into our food ! But this is first and last to come in this restaurant ! And one more thing the girl who is incharged the cashier so rude she is is calling my friend with one finger and why not you just come at the table and say sorry either than you use your finger to called your customer? Where is you manners? The food is terrible !Not same as the picture ! Please do something ya to your restaurant ! I think you are not supposed to have restaurant if your service is too bad ! Extremely rude and unpleasant experience. The lady at the cashier (chinese girl with a pony tail) is a total pain and extremely rude! She takes wrong order and then sulk when asked for clarification and to rectify her own mistakes. She sulked non stop for her own silly mistakes and blame the customers for apprently giving her the wrong order. She proceeds to punch her till machines harshly to show frustration! So irritating and just plain rude attitude. Its too bad that ive paid, or else wouldnt even bother eating here!

Cafe owner, please train your staff to be polite. Not saying people cant have personal issues at workplace, but be proffesional at least to show some decency and courtesy to your customers! If you re having a bad time, take a time off not piss people off with really stupid and...

Please do yourself a favour and do not ever have meals at this restaurant.

Went for dinner on 26/9/23. Waitress/cashier was miserable and rude with her hand gestures. Asked a question and she impatiently flipped through the menu and pointed rudely. Read other reviews with same comments about the rude waitress/cashier.

Ordered “chicken cutlet”, but it’s really just fried chicken. the chicken was over fried and tasted like rubber. Also ordered butter chicken, but taste more like evaporated milk chicken. No butter taste at all!

We had to pay upon order, or else I would have just cancelled my order and walked away.
