The Beer Factory — Restaurant in George Town

This is my second experience. It was a terrible experience we had. First of all, when we ordered they didn’t inform us when’s the last order. They allow us to order 1 set which is 5 mugs at 10.30pm and it took about 20mins to serve the drinks. Just when they collect payment at 11.15pm they didn’t inform us when is the last to claim our drinks. After collecting payment, we tried to claim our drinks at 11.20pm and they told us that we are not allowed to claim anymore after 11.15pm.

We did explained from our point of view, and the staff Keith said okay she will serve but we have to finish by 11.30pm which is not even 10mins.

Besides that, we ordered a Flaming Lamborghini and it was supposed to be “Flaming”, but the server was totally inexperience and serve us with a few drops of flaming sambuca poured and the drink was totally still cold instead of warm. We’ve been to all kinds of places having all kinds of drinks. By far this is the worst ever.

Definitely will never come back again. It’s a waste of money and time being in this place and the servers were terrible in attitude. We are usually understanding and being nice towards anyone. But then we have no tolerance on...

The Beer Factory offers a solid bar experience with its good prices, especially for draught beers, liquor options, and beer mugs. They frequently have a variety of promotions, making it a great spot for budget-conscious drinkers. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for sipping and chilling out with friends. However, the live bands can be a bit too loud, which might make it challenging to have a conversation. The singing, while enthusiastic, isn't always the best, which can be a bit annoying at times. Used to be our favourite place to hangout after work but things have changed. The last round we went there, service was soso. Ordered a carton of Tiger but we were served without glass. Had to ask them to bring us glasses.

Ordered 10 shots of Jaegerbomb, understand they no longer serve the Jaegertrain with fire (this was our favourite and most memorable part of drinking in Beer Factory! :( ) but they could at least helped us to arrange the glasses right? Had to do it ourselves.

Anyway, the salt pepper mushroom is really nice, highly recommended!
