The food were good a usual! There are 4 items which impressed me a lot! Platter - there's one icy vege 冰菜, I personally like it quite a lot! It's dressed with sour and a little bit of spiciness, which is very appetising! Fish head soup with yam - mvp of the night! It's a very big pot of soup, we thought we couldn't finish and may need to takeaway, but we think too much, there was no soup left haha! Each of us drank 3-4 bowls, it's super nice! Durian fried rice - this is something new to me haha, I personally like it a lot! Will definitely order again some other time Steam white sultan fish - this is the most expensive dish of the night, it caused rm484 for a 2.2kg fish. The meat was sooooooooo tender and juicyyyy! But sadly there were many fish bones, be careful if you're eating this

The cons for this restaurant is that they were lack of staffs, so it took some time to deliver the dishes, and we had to change our own plates, scoop the soup by ourselves, but we're fine with that, it makes us feel more comfortable as well. The were limited parking spots along the restaurant, so I would suggest if you're going to this restaurant, please do a carpool, else you'll be having trouble on finding...

As far as I know, I have not seen any menu published so what you eat on that day depends on what is being offered. Love the seafood porridge which I think is a signature dish, and also the milky fish head soup. The rest of the food are pretty good too such as BBQ Pork Rib aka Pai Kut Ong, 4 seasons dish, steam fish. Personally I dont really like the baked salted Prawn because as the name suggest, it is really salty and also the fried belacan chicken which is kinda dry and hard in texture after deep fried.

Overall, pricey but considering the dining experience it is still worth considering to dine and enjoy the food. The overall deco is nice and since there is only limited tables, you get the feel of private dining and not too noisy and overcrowded.

It is recommended to call ahead to ask menu of the day and make...

Absolutely disgusting owner and staff, the food is your below average home cook food, not fancy in any way, while the price you are paying for higher than your usual chinese restaurant.

For a restaurant that takes reservation only, the restaurant is small, smelly, absolutely uncomfortable, with flys and mosquitos, all around. The kitchen is also very dirty.

The chef and the staff are only friendly towards big table that orders alcohol. We need to wait for 15 minutes just to wait for CHEF WANG himself to give us the bill. AND while we have waited for 15 minutes and asked for the bill numerous time, he claimed that the other table asked for the bill first. Note that the staff are all foreigners with zero manners, those that are worse than the ones working in your...

Menu is decided by chef Wang based on budget per head during booking. Food overall quality is merely average. Taste could be better. Serving size is as expected. Presentation has room to improve. We ordered steamed sultan fish which was slightly overcooked. The sea cucumber and abalone dish was disappointing with its watery and bland tasting gravy. The abalone felt and tasted straight out of the can. Lap-mei rice would be forgettable if not for the generous amount of pork lard. Peking duck and drunken prawns were the saving grace for this dinner. However the price is very reasonable and cheaper than expectations, given the certain air of exclusivity this place exudes.

We had a really nice dinner at Chef Wang’s. These are the dishes we had at dinner for 10 pax. Private room is available upon request. Booking can be done via WhatsApp. You can choose your dishes from the menu and build your own course. Price will be quoted according to the dishes you’ve chosen. There’s a min spend of RM100 per pax (except for children). My favorite picks for the course: • Shark Fin Soup with Village Chicken in Casserole • Shredded Kataifi Crispy Prawn in Plum Sauce • Mixed Mushrooms with Cabbage Roll
