Many rooms offer pillow menus, spacious layouts, and well-thought-out designs. • Comprehensive amenities: multiple charging points, flat-screen TV with mobile connectivity, high-speed Wi-Fi, and family-friendly room layouts.

Dining & Cuisine • Breakfast buffet is widely praised as outstanding – featuring local delights like nasi lemak, roti canai, and char koay teow, alongside international favorites and a live omelet station. • On-site restaurants include Cinnamon Asian Kitchen (Asian and international buffet) and Gustoso (Italian cuisine with beachfront seating).

Had the most unpleasant experience dining at Cinnamon Parkroyal Penang. We booked a family Christmas buffet dinner months ahead, liaising with Mr Jegan and Ms Bavani of the F&B team.

They were truly incompetent. None of the agreed arrangements were made, whether it was the table arrangements for the large no. of pax, or the wine / whiskey glasses requested (which a few served for some, and remaining glasses provided half hour later). The ground staff were not aware of the items agreed with Mr Jegan and Ms Bavani, who conveniently were not available at the time.

The entire occasion was ruined by their incompetence. So much time wasted with discussions, when none of the arrangements were honoured. Both Mr Jegan and Ms Bavani should be held accountable for their lack of professionalism. To top it off, the aircon was non existent, leading to a hot environment.

After complaining, I was promised a call by Mr Jegan once he is done investigating, however a month has passed with no contact.

The best ramadhan buffet in 2024! Citarasa Warisan Buffet Dinner offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes to cater to our tastes and preferences especially after long day fasting! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and of high quality. Definitely made with premium ingredients and attention to detail in cooking and presentation. Live cooking station available where chefs prepare food with dedication such as mee udang, one of the best I’ve had so far! A mix of cuisines can be experienced here. Roasted lamb, BBQ rotisserie chicken, smoked salmon, fish and chips, samosa were among my favourites. The setting was so comfortable, romantic and inviting, complementing the dining experience. Pleasant lighting, raya music, and decor enhance the overall ambiance. Dessert Selection was the best! The chocolate moist cake was to die for.
