CRC Restaurant — Restaurant in George Town

Went to the restaurant today around 12:05pm, menu given by the waiter. However when I wanted to order food, they menetioned do not allowed to order ala cart dishes. Must order their set menu. 3pax must order 4 pax menu which is RM168++ ( hand written menu). The waiter said he understand that we don't like the dishes which ady fixed, he try to talk to the person incharge but she do not allow us to order the food tat we wan. Very bad management from the lady person incharge, this is not the first time she doing this. We sat down did not eat anything, sumore need to pay RM6 for the tea. After pay rm6 for tea, we left the restaurant. If you don't allow ala cart please tell us before we sit down, we pay for parking and drinks end up you force us to order set. Waitress service are good as always. Restaurant Manager (short hair lady) bad attitude as usual. She only treat those big group customers with nice tone...

This is a hard one. Entertained at this restaurant many times in the past two years and we were happy with the food quality, serving size and price. In April this year, we took some friends there for lunch. The restaurant had just resumed business after a renovation. A couple of dishes we wanted to order were unavailable. We ordered as replacement dish: a pork belly in a gravy sauce with buns. Only 3 in the group took the dish and out of the 3 people, one of them consumed the buns. He felt uncomfortable, was ashen faced, and he tried to throw up in the toilet. He did, in the car. He was down with severe food poisoning for two days. Restaurants ought to have strict quality control to ensure food is not contaminated through...

The most unpleasant dining experience before. We ordered 6 course dinner but they served steamed fish first. They served the steamed fish to wrong table and we are certain that they already touched the fish. The fish already missing one piece yet they still took the fish to our table and insisted that the fish cooked that time got one piece fall off. The lousy captain still raise her voice to us. After that, the things getting worse. Have anyone see the cold dish served with one section empty like the pic I showed? Anyway they can do whatever they like but we are definitely not going back to...
